Position Overview

We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the bridge between customers and internal teams-providing exceptional service, enabling smooth operations, and contributing to sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability and order status.
  • Assist the sales team members by preparing proposals, quotes, and tailored product information.
  • Source and manage opportunities through outreach and incoming lead handling.
  • Maintain accurate order tracking by collaborating with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and operations.
  • Manage orders from start to finish, coordinating with domestic and international vendors.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Support coordination with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Help implement and refine workflow processes and CRM practices across the sales department.
  • Uphold United Bags' collaborative culture and contribute to team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; sales support or vendor management experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
