Your Opportunity: Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced, energetic Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inside sales team of up to 10 in-office and remote professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and champion a positive, growth-focused culture. What You'll Do

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

  • Build a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs, mentorship, and continuous feedback.

  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, processes, and best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with company-wide objectives.

Operational Strategy

  • Analyze sales data and forecast trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Create targeted lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

  • Serve as an internal expert on our products, capabilities, and value propositions.

Team & Culture Development

  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Align team efforts with United Bags' vision and strategic goals.

  • Foster career development through coaching, training, and recognition.

Vendor & CRM Oversight

  • Collaborate with global vendors on orders, specifications, and fulfillment timelines.

  • Ensure optimal usage of CRM systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and customer relationship management.


What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong understanding of sales analytics, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle strategies.

Skills & Traits

  • Inspirational leadership and coaching ability.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Driven, results-oriented, and process-minded.

  • Industry knowledge a plus, but not required.
