Your Opportunity: Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced, energetic Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inside sales team of up to 10 in-office and remote professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and champion a positive, growth-focused culture. What You'll Do
Sales Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Build a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs, mentorship, and continuous feedback.

Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, processes, and best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with company-wide objectives.
Operational Strategy

Analyze sales data and forecast trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Create targeted lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Serve as an internal expert on our products, capabilities, and value propositions.
Team & Culture Development

Align team efforts with United Bags' vision and strategic goals.

Vendor & CRM Oversight

Collaborate with global vendors on orders, specifications, and fulfillment timelines.

Ensure optimal usage of CRM systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and customer relationship management.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.

Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.

Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of sales analytics, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
