About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and organized Sales Assistant to join our growing team in St. Louis.

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our sales operations - supporting our sales team, coordinating with customers, and ensuring every client experience runs seamlessly. If you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving team, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing

• Prepare presentations and product materials for clients and prospects

• Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records

• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Conduct market research to identify leads and growth opportunities

• Help organize client meetings, events, and trade shows

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care

What You Bring

• Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred)

• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (sales support a plus!)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Highly organized with an eye for detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
