Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the daily execution of all facets of company operations. This position requires hands-on experience working in a distribution, logistics, and warehouse setting, as well as the ability to coordinate across departments and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across departments including sales, customer service, warehouse and logistics

• Work directly with executive team on companywide initiatives

• Assist with system updates and maintenance within ERP, operations, and inventory management platforms

• Participate in and lead projects for new processes, acquisitions, and technology development

• Document SOP's across the organization

• Work directly with international vendors implementing processes and technology

• Embody and promote United Bags' customer-focused and innovative culture

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree required

• 2-5 years of operational experience in manufacturing or distribution

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in using ERP, inventory, or supply chain software systems

• Working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting tools

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• This role is based on-site at United Bags' headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

• Combination of office and warehouse environments

• Occasional travel is required to United Bags' 4 locations
