Today, we're continuing to grow - and we're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Invoicing Specialist to support our expanding finance operations.

As an Invoicing Specialist at United Bags, you'll play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and supporting the financial processes that keep our national operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify billing data, pricing, and shipment details to ensure invoice accuracy
• Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate invoicing records and documentation
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and customer account inquiries
• Reconcile invoices, credits, and adjustments as needed
• Support month-end closing activities related to billing and invoicing
• Help improve invoicing procedures and strengthen internal controls
• Provide timely, accurate data for audits and reporting needs

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of invoicing, billing, accounting, or bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, ERP systems, or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
