Your Role: Accounting Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our dedicated finance team. In this vital role, you'll ensure accuracy in our day-to-day accounting operations, support our month-end processes, and help strengthen our financial foundation as we continue to expand.

What You'll Do

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and general ledger entries regularly.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, preparing journal entries, schedules, and reports.

• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation to support audits and business decisions.

• Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policy.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics to resolve discrepancies and drive efficiency.

• Support internal and external audits through timely reporting and reconciliation.

• Contribute ideas to improve and streamline accounting processes company-wide.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing or distribution experience a plus).

• A solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.

• Familiarity with inventory or cost accounting principles.
